Conical Rounders

The Unibake dough rounding machine expertly shapes dough into a round form using a Teflon-coated aluminum cone and spiral conveyor arms that rotate clockwise. Designed to work seamlessly with a cutting-weighing machine, this conical rounding machine takes the dough, rounds it, and transfers it to an intermediate proofing machine. The rounding process begins as the dough pieces are placed onto the conveyor arms, which, in coordination with the rotating aluminum funnel, shape the dough into a consistent round form.

This machine comes in different variations tailored to specific weight ranges. The standard model features a channel exit length of 4.5 meters, with a working range of 100-600 grams and 100-1200 grams. Another model is available for rounding dough in the 50-200 gram range. A flouring system is also included at the dough exit section to enhance the process.
