The Mini Oven is available with either gas or electric heating. It can be produced with a touchscreen panel, offering all the benefits that come with it, including pre-stored baking recipes organized in alphabetical order. The oven features cost-saving double glass with strong, high-quality insulation to minimize heat loss. Its stainless steel interior and exterior are easy to clean. This oven allows for a wide variety of products to be baked. Additionally, a compact underbuilt prover cabinet with a humidity sensor can be added, eliminating the need for a stand-alone prover.
