Steam Tube Oven

The main characteristic of this oven is its heating system. The temperature is distributed across the decks through circulating heated liquid inside tubes, ensuring even heating at all points on the baking surface. Each deck is equipped with steam producers that generate the required steam. The control panel is available in touch screen, computer, or manual options. The heating chamber and gas channels are constructed using fireproof special bricks. The produced heat can be retained inside the oven for an extended period thanks to heat-preserving fiber rock wool insulation.
